Your Booking Request holds your spot provisionally, but dates are not fully secured until your bank deposit verification is complete. Please send your payment completion screenshot within 2 hours to avoid losing your window.
This is necessary to avoid double bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY before arrival
1. 10 days or more before arrival - full refund.
2. 7-10 days before arrival - 50% refund. If another booking for same period is found a further 50% will be refunded.
3. 0-7 days before arrival - no refund will be granted.
